„Aspen Resort“, developed this unique balanced program to normalize your metabolism  and to help you eliminate overweigh. Here we are not just talking about diets and healthy food but also for exercises and overall tightness of the body and spirit.

We would like to present to your attention the program „Health and Beauty“, in variation of  6 ор 7 nights period, that we consider as necessary to give away at the beginning of the summer season. Accumulated stress and overweight during the past winter months undoubtedly block you to welcome the first warm days.If you have a problem with your concentration, or you just feel tired most of the day, you need a “Reset” of the body and mind generally!

That’s the reason why here in„Aspen Resort“ we organized the right formula for you – balanced diet, hiking, cycling, gymnastics, massages, swimming and fitness, and all these accompanied with much laughter and positive emotions. All together gives us the desired result!

The programs will be led by Radoslav Vladimirov, athletic athlete, as well as a personal fitness instructor and consultant on sports foods and supplements. Graduate of the University of Sofia, specialty "Physical education and sport". He will personally conduct the training and be available throughout the camp.
