Payment regulations:
50% deposit 3 days after doing a reservation
Full payment - up to 20 days prior the first day of the reservation.
Payment:
50% of the amount is paid up to 3 days after making the reservation, the rest 50% must be paid 20 days before check-in.
Cancellations:
Until October 10, 2025 - without penalty.
From 11 to 31 October - the amount is paid for 1 night.
After October 31 - 100% penalty - the amount is not refundable.
No show without notice - 100% penalty;
In case of inability to stay due to Coronavirus (Covid-19) disease, the hotel will refund the amount paid on the reservation up to 30 days after the date of accommodation, upon submission of a positive PCR test made a maximum of 14 days before the date of accommodation.
All cancellations and changes must be submitted in writing.
